No enquiry has been conducted on any police or state official. No cases have been registered on any particular persons so far (The CBI filed charges on the public and not the officers). Special Law to permanently shutdown Sterlite
The Madras High Court has upheld orders to shutdown Sterlite multiple times, the latest being in 2020. However, Sterlite gets itself exonerated when the case reaches the SC. Only a special law passed in the Tamil Nadu assembly may permanently shutdown Sterlite. Voice your request to TN Government
A Memorial for the Heroes of Thoothukudi
Future generations should be to told the story of how a group of local people stood up for their Town, against the might of a powerful Corporate and a colluding State. The memories of Thoothukudi martyrs should be honored. The proposed memorial will a powerful reminder about environment and the value of human life.

- தூத்துக்குடி - மே 22, 2018 படுகொலையில் தொடர்புடைய காவலர்கள் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் மீது வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்
- தமிழக முதல்வர் உறுதியளித்தபடி, ஸ்டெர்லைட் ஆலையை நிரந்தரமாக அப்புறப்படுத்துவதற்கு தமிழக சட்டமன்றத்தில் சிறப்புச் சட்டம் இயற்ற வேண்டும்.
- உயிர்ச்சூழல் காக்க உயிர் நீத்த தூத்துக்குடி தியாகிகளுக்கு நினைவு மண்டபம் எழுப்பிட வேண்டும்

On behalf of the people of Tamil Nadu and the Tamil Diaspora, we humbly make the following request to the Government of Tamil Nadu:
- Charges should be filed against Police and State officials connected with the massacre of innocent people in Thoothukudi on the 22nd of May, 2018.
- As promised by the Chief Minister himself, pass a Special law in the Tamil Nadu Assembly so that the Sterlite factory can be closed down permanently.
- Build a memorial for the Thoothukudi Martyrs who laid down their lives to protect the environment
